Who we are

ECHO’s mission is to amplify women’s voices in the arts by nurturing and empowering collaborative, interdisciplinary creations.

At the heart of Echo’s mission is the Dream Incubation Institute, a creative incubator for women artists grounded in the neuroscience of creativity. Through evidence-based practices like diffuse learning and dream incubation, artists are given time, rest, and science-backed tools to cultivate new ideas. The Institute culminates in a live performance, and Echo then helps carry works forward to international stages, including the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, transforming early creative sparks into lasting artistic impact.

We believe in the power of art to elevate and transform lives, and when we join forces each artist with her voice, her brushstroke, her poetry, her light, will shine ever more brightly and powerfully in the world.
